Hold Down Assembly for 4 leg bases. Portable deck chairs can
be mounted down so they don't move around in the heat of a battle.
Mount the plate to the deck (route the deck for clean finish)
Screw other end into the quad base. Tighten to remove play. The pelican hook
can be open and removed from eye bolt so chair can be moved around when not fishing.
Remove eyebolt when not in use. All stainless steel
